For our Company, Quality is understood both as a management system and as a monitoring of the quality level of the product, it is considered an asset of fundamental importance. The technical staff employed in the Quality Assurance department is composed of senior operators who have many years of experience in the various fields of mechanics, from mechanical processing to plastic moulding and metal alloys, up to sintering.
Quality oversees all company processes, in particular those related to the development and implementation of new products.

Starting from the receipt of the specifications by the Customers, the projects are developed thanks to the use of FMEA techniques and verified by means of scrupulous validation tests, carried out in accordance with the test specifications of the most famous car manufacturers, with 100% checks carried out on the production line. Our metrological laboratory uses among others the following instruments: 3D CMM machine, optical meter, roundness measurement instrument, gear inspection system, roughness tester.

In addition to this, we also regularly and continuously check the production processes of our suppliers according to the same quality standards as our company.
