UNUS International is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business unit of Commex Srl, an Italian company specialised in the supply of micro motors, gearmotors and D.C. linear actuators (3 to 24 V).
This is how the new company Commex Motors Srl was born, based in Pianiga (VE). This operation is the result of a ten-year collaboration between UNUS International SpA and Commex Srl that have combined on several occasions the experience acquired by Unus in the competitive automotive sector with the knowledge of the different product sectors on the world by Commex. The new company brand will allow UNUS International to increase its presence outside the automotive sector, constituting a fundamental step in the Group’s ongoing growth path.
